Dr. Muhammad Raza joined the Baptist Medical Group team in 2011. He sees patients in Memphis, Tennessee, and in Southaven, Mississippi.
Patients can expect to be treated with dignity, care and respect. We have a team of compassionate, friendly and courteous staff members, and we take the utmost pride in listening to patients and their family members. We understand the impact that a cancer diagnosis has on the family, and we provide helpful resources and care strategies for the whole family's well-being.
One of the main reasons I decided to be an oncologist is to help patients navigate the complex world of cancer care. Our goal is to provide care in a fully informed and friendly environment. My research interest and area of expertise is in blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma and stem cell/bone marrow transplants.
Trust, trust and trust.
I enjoy running, movies and tennis.
Cancer is not just a one-person disease. It affects the whole family. I find it very rewarding when I can help my patients and their family as one unit. It is an immense privilege to make a positive impact on the lives of my patients. Cancer is a challenging disease, and nothing gives me more pleasure than when my patients cross the finish line and achieve a cure from cancer.
